Disappointing Experience
The reviewer Reece had a negative experience at Beacon, stating that they were not worth the time. They waited for 45 minutes in a waiting room, only to be told that their worker was on annual leave and would not be coming. The phone staff member was also rude and condescending. This suggests a lack of communication and poor customer service.
