How We Work

My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I offer a free initial 20-minute meeting to explore what you would like to work on in counselling and determine if we can work together effectively. Alternatively, I offer a longer initial meeting and first session in one, allowing us to introduce ourselves and make a proper start on the work.
