Our Team
Our team of highly qualified Early Years Practitioners is comprised of individuals who are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and specialisms to the nursery, and we encourage ongoing training and professional development to ensure that our staff remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in early childhood education.

We have spared no expense in custom-designing a premier nursery setting that provides children with a stimulating and engaging environment. Our indoor and outdoor play areas are spacious, well-resourced, and equipped with the latest equipment and facilities.
Our Approach
At Ashfield House, we operate a key-person system, which means that each child is allocated a main carer who is responsible for developing a close relationship with them. This approach creates a family atmosphere and enables parents and carers to have a regular point of contact for any questions or concerns. We also provide parents with an informative breakdown of their child's activities, including what they've eaten, their mood, who they've played with, and all those "wow" moments that parents want to hear about.

- Regular communication with parents through a parent zone app and regular updates and photos
Our Achievements
We are proud to have maintained an outstanding Ofsted grading at both our Stewart Close and Norman Lane settings. We continue to provide high-quality care and education across our two buildings, and we are committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers to ensure that every child has the opportunity to develop and flourish at their own pace.
