We are a family-owned and operated company specialising in block property management in the Leeds and York areas. Our company was founded with the purpose of changing the industry for the better by building strong client relationships leading to thriving residential communities.
Our Services
Action Property Management offers a full range of management services tailored to meet the needs of all our clients. We currently manage a variety of apartment blocks ranging in size from 2 to 93 units. We understand that every development is different, and our management services are tailored to the size of the development and individual client/leaseholder needs. Our services can range from simply assisting owners setting up a management company to facilitate their own self-management of a site, to a fully inclusive management service that includes the employment of permanent staff such as caretakers, concierges, and property managers.

Our Team
Our management team consists of Kerstin Ward and Matt Ward, who both have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property industry. Kerstin has studied residential leasehold management and has developed a deep understanding of the industry through her role in her family's property business. Matt has a degree in Housing and has been involved in the block property management market for many years. He is a qualified Town Planner and has a passion for ensuring that service charges are value for money and that there is a sense of community in the developments we manage.
Our Portfolio
We are proud to manage a number of flagship developments on behalf of our clients, including Langtons Wharf, No. 1. Dock Street, Waterloo Apartments, and Waterloo Court in Leeds City Centre, and the prestigious riverside Emperors Wharf development in York. In addition to block property management, we also manage mixed-use developments and small commercial developments.
