Enhancing the lives of older people

At Abbeyfield Ferring, we pride ourselves on providing high standards of care and support for older people in our community. Founded in 1980, our organization is a not-for-profit Registered Society, committed to enhancing the lives of older people. Our mission is to provide very high standards of care for the older residents of Ferring and our local area.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to support and enhance the lives of older people in our community. These services include:

Home Care Services

Our Home Care service provides personal care, wellbeing, respite, and domestic support for people living in Ferring and Goring-by-Sea. Our fully operational service is committed to supporting people in their own homes, especially during shopping trips. We believe in respecting the independence of our clients and their personal choices, aiming to make every day a good day.

Extra Care Supported Living

Our supported living service offers personal care, domestic support, companionship, and respite services to support individuals in their own homes. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing companionship and respite services, and offering domestic help, such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry assistance.

Residential Care

Our residential care service, Cornwell House, provides high-quality care and comfort for older residents in a welcoming and supportive environment. We strive to create a sense of community and companionship among our residents, offering a range of activities and social events.
