With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, our founder and personal trainer, Tracy, has dedicated her life to helping people from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals. From reluctant exercisers to seniors and individuals recovering from injury or illness, our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. With a wealth of experience in exercise, nutrition, and wellbeing, Tracy's passion is to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Our Expertise

With a strong background in fitness and nutrition, Tracy has completed various accreditations, including BodyBalance, boxing, kettlebells, and GP Referral. She has also completed a SVQ2 in Mental Health problems and 'Covid-19 Rehabilitation' certification. Tracy's expertise extends to nutrition, with a focus on healthy eating and seasonal exercise ideas. She is also a keen writer and has published two fitness books, Get Fit & Enjoy It and the Healthy Living Yearbook.
