At Lee Mcgrorty Fitness, we pride ourselves on being West Lothian's longest running one-to-one personal training gym, established in 2004 by Commonwealth medalist Lee Mcgrorty and now owned by experienced trainer Cameron Stuckless. Our team of highly skilled and experienced personal trainers is dedicated to providing a friendly and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and abilities.
With two private modern studio gyms located in the heart of Bathgate town centre, we offer a unique and personalized approach to fitness. Our personal training sessions are designed to keep you motivated and provide the support needed to achieve your goals. We believe that personal training is most effective when carried out on a one-to-one basis, allowing us to focus on your individual needs and requirements.
Our personal trainers will work closely with you to create a tailor-made fitness programme, providing nutritional advice and support to help you achieve your goals. We understand that every individual is unique, and our programmes are designed to be flexible and adapt to your needs. Our state-of-the-art studios are equipped with modern cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, and a wide range of dumbbells, allowing us to cover all aspects of training.
Our Team
Meet Cameron Stuckless, our personal trainer and owner. Cameron has a passion for fitness and has been inspired by his experiences competing in sports such as cross-country and boxing during his time in the British Army. With an HNC in fitness health and exercise, and a level 3 personal training qualification, Cameron has gained extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, from 14 to 85. He has worked with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and has a reputation for delivering results-driven training programmes.
Our Services
At Lee Mcgrorty Fitness, we offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training sessions are available seven days a week, from 6 am to 10 pm, and can be booked in blocks of four sessions or more. We also offer a comprehensive full body analysis, which includes a range of checks and assessments to help us understand your current fitness level and create a personalized programme.
