Residential & Block Management/Lettings Fees

At RSM Property, we cater to both residential lettings and block management for landlords and scheme management companies. Our pricing structure for Lettings is as follows:

• Fully Managed: 175 per property, per annum, plus a 10% commission on rent collected. We offer an 8% commission for the first year.
• Let Only Service: 199

Our dedicated property managers conduct weekly walk-round reports and provide face-to-face meetings once a month. We are also equipped with a 24-hour emergency number, including on bank holidays.

In terms of block management, our expert team can address and report any issues while offering cost-saving suggestions. We maintain a list of approved contractors and arrange for competitive quotations from new contractors as well.
