Powerflushing is an effective method of restoring your heating system's efficiency by removing any undesirable dirt and debris products. This process can also solve flow and circulation problems, cure boiler noise, clean the whole system, and restore system efficiency and output to radiators. We recommend powerflushing when fitting a new boiler to ensure it operates at its optimum level.

Landlord Services

As a landlord, you are responsible for the safety of your tenants, and the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords' duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe. Our gas safety checks involve regular, annual maintenance checks and subsequent repairs, and we keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed and issue a copy to any new tenants before they move in.
