Service Quality and Customer Experience
- The driver was very rude, and the packaging was damaged and torn. The meat was burnt, as was the calzone cake. The entire order was missing.
- Had a portion of chips from a chippy more like farm food chips, terrible service.
- The skinniest piece of fish I've ever had, so thin the oily batter just overpowered any taste of fish there would of been, a waste of money.
- Terrible, won't be back. 5 for chips and cheese, freezing cold, cheese hadn't melted whatsoever because the chips were stone cold. Glad we didn't order anything else - no wonder it's quiet every time we drive pass!
- Got takeaway tonight arrived bit late but then incorrect! When took it back to shop. No apology lots of rolling eyes when phoning takeaway driver who brought my order to shop. I was then told if I'd phoned in it would have been easier to swap! Extremely poor attitude from counter staff in fact I'd say bordering on aggressive! I will not be back in!
- Had a fish super last night chips were horrible so had to go back and ask for replacement as chips were not fresh in which I asked for. They replaced them in which the person serving me said I am taking from a fresh batch, so went home to find the chips were the same as last batch. So called to complain and was told the chips were fresh, clearly they weren't horrible colour and taste. Was told they don't use reheated chips, it's a shame because when fresh has potential to be a really good chip shop will not be back.
- Waited 10 minutes for chips that were clearly left over from lunch and recooked, absolute waste of money and time, if this is what the chips are like then its defo worth avoiding the rest of the menu. Ended up throwing them.
- Normally amazing service but tonight food was left on doorstep. Cant have knocked loud as dog didn't bark. Only found food when went out to take a meter reading. Food was freezing, fish stuck to box and just awful.
- Owner is nasty to his customers not interested in fixing problems out. We have ordered from this place before and had problems. Tonight was terrible the order was not complete and I called the shop to speak to someone. The manager answered the phone and I said this was out of order. I said I wouldn't be using them again his attitude was that suits me fine. Forty minutes later they sent the missing part of the order and it was cold. I ended putting it in the bin Would not recommend this place to anyone
- Got a great 1st delivery last week recommended to ma mans mum so we ordered tonight again ordered at 6.45 had to phone 3 times back and at 9.20 it was delivered fish was fryed to bits lamb curry was full of grease and was beef no lamb it chicken burger was a bit deep fryed chicken was expecting to be a bit fresh chicken all felt hot in the bag opened it all for it to be luke warm very disappointed but its the same as every take away round hear good to customers once go back and its rank chips was the biggest disappointment the are real chips thought they wear class 1st time round and this time they wear rubbery due to been sat in the heated bit of the fryer
- The first times we went, we thought the place good, but after that there was a deterioration in quality and service. Last time, despite my obvious disability, both owners refused to fry me fish, saying, 'it's been a busy day and we can't be bothered'. They pointed out the dried out food that was left. Well, I left and won't be back.
- The shop was very clean and very well presented, the menu was vast which is perfect for my family because everyone want different things. The pizza was fantastic, the wife and kids had no complaints about the chippy side either. Good price, good service, good food, what more can you ask for?
- Really enjoy the food that we get from Jaz's. The small Donner calzone manages to hit that bizarre spot of (most of the time) tasting really fresh and not too oily. Chips are cracking as well. Online orders can sometimes be a bit slower for pickup, but considering how busy they are it's not a huge deal.
