Diane, equally passionate about the business, can be found at the butcher's block, ready to serve our customers with a smile. Our team includes Daniel Tompkins, a third-generation beef farmer, who brings his instinctive knowledge of cattle and a love for the Suffolk countryside. Daniel manages the shop and is known for his friendly demeanor and impeccably presented meat counter. Lastly, we have Luke Fielding O'Farrell, our trained chef and butcher, who prefers to work behind the scenes to create the delicious homemade pies, sausage rolls, and specialities that our customers love.
