Nestled in the scenic Sussex Low Weald, our farm is dedicated to raising grass-fed beef, free-range pork, and grass-fed lamb and mutton. We take great pride in the quality of our meat, and in the methods we use to produce it.
At Townings Farm, we believe in raising our animals the traditional way, with plenty of space to roam, and a diet that consists solely of natural, untreated grasses. Our cattle, pigs, and sheep are all slow-grown, which helps to ensure that the meat they produce is of the highest quality.
Our Meat Boxes
To make it easy for our customers to enjoy our delicious meat, we offer a range of meat boxes. These are perfect for stocking up the freezer or for feeding a hungry family. Our meat boxes include grass-fed beef, lamb, and mutton, and free-range pork. We also offer a variety of collections, such as our BBQ range, Easter essentials, and Christmas range.
Our Butchery
At Townings Farm, we have our own on-site butchery. This allows us to take full control over the cutting and packing of our meat. Our skilled butchers take great care in ensuring that each and every piece of meat is prepared to the highest standards. Our grass-fed British beef is hung on the bone for at least 21 days to mature, while our free-range British pork is hung for three weeks to enhance its flavour and texture. Our grass-fed British lamb is hung for at least 7 days to mature.
