What vaccination records are required for pet boarding?
Dogs need Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Bordetella vaccinations. Cats require Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleucopenia. Proof must be emailed before booking.
Can I visit the facilities before booking?
Yes, we encourage pre-booking visits to familiarise pets with the environment. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time during our opening hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS transfers, card payments, and cash. Full payment is required three weeks prior to arrival for boarding bookings.

We accommodate special dietary requirements and allow owners to bring their pet's regular food. Our staff follows specific feeding instructions provided during check-in.
What are your cancellation policies?
