Full Groom
Our comprehensive full grooming package includes double wash, blueberry facial, blow dry, styling with clipping/scissoring, nail trim, paw pad treatment and ear cleaning. Designed to maintain coat health and appearance while ensuring comfort throughout the process. Takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on breed and coat condition.
Mini Groom
A 90-minute maintenance groom featuring double wash, blueberry facial, blow dry and essential trimming of pads, hygiene areas and face. Ideal for dogs needing regular upkeep between full grooming sessions. Includes nail trimming and ear cleaning as standard.
Wash and Dry
This 60-minute service includes double wash and thorough blow dry. Perfect for maintaining cleanliness between full grooms. Particularly popular for holiday preparations or post-walk refreshes. Available for all dog sizes at a fixed price.
Puppy Groom
Specialised short sessions for puppies under one year introducing them gradually to grooming processes. Includes sensitive shampoo wash, blow dry and basic hygiene trims. Focuses on positive experience formation with plenty of breaks and treats.

We provide individualised sessions with no other dogs present, use Happy Hoodies to reduce noise sensitivity, and allow owners to stay with anxious pets.
How do you handle emergency situations?
We immediately contact owners and veterinarians if medical emergencies arise, prioritising your pet's immediate welfare needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid rescheduling fees that increase with each late cancellation.
Can you groom puppies?
Yes, we offer specialised puppy grooming sessions from £30, designed to introduce young dogs to grooming positively.
