Welcome to HELP Counselling Services, a charity dedicated to providing low-cost counselling services to the West Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset areas. Our team of experienced counsellors and staff are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for individuals to address their emotional and mental health concerns.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide access to a therapeutic space for growth, change, and healing. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to manage crisis, trauma, and difficult life situations, and to move forward with confidence and resilience. Our low-cost counselling service supports hundreds of people each year, helping individuals to overcome a wide range of challenges, including stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more.
