Our Specialist Integration Homes provide self-contained apartments tailored to individuals with complex needs. Each home features customised environments with app-controlled systems and impact-resistant design elements. Staff teams are selected based on compatibility with residents' interests and support requirements. These homes promote independence while maintaining access to communal areas and specialist support when needed.
Care Homes
We offer homely residential environments rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. Our care homes feature personalised spaces and communal areas that encourage social interaction. Staff provide round-the-clock support tailored to residents' physical, mental, and emotional needs. Each home is located in a village setting to facilitate community integration and local engagement.
Pass Through Services
This service supports residents' progression towards greater independence. We work with families and commissioners to identify appropriate next-step accommodations. Our team facilitates smooth transitions to supported living arrangements or other community-based services. The process includes comprehensive planning and ongoing support during the adjustment period.
