Pampering your dog for a wagging tail!
Established in 1982, Southbourne Farm Shop is a family-run business steeped in several generations of local farming history. We are deeply rooted in the community and are committed to providing top-quality, fresh produce, supporting local businesses, and offering honest, friendly, and expert service. Our offerings evolve with the seasons, so there's always a reason to stop by and see what's new.
Artisan Bakery
Our on-site bakery produces handmade artisan bread using only natural ingredients. With a variety of options available, including Southbourne Wild Soudough, Malted Barley, Crusty White, Sisu Rye, and the non-wheat Seeded Loaf, there's something for everyone. Don't forget to check out our delectable weekend pastries, too! Visit our bakery page for further information.
Fresh Local Produce
We pride ourselves on sourcing fresh fruit and vegetables daily from local suppliers, ensuring the produce is often picked and on our shelves on the same day. The vibrancy of our goods reflects their freshness, and we offer brown paper bags, or you're welcome to bring your own, to reduce plastic packaging.
Zero-Waste Refill Station
Our Zero-Waste Refill Station boasts more than 40 products, allowing customers to purchase goods without packaging waste. Use our brown paper bags or bring your own containers for dried fruit, nuts, lentils, pasta, rice, porridge oats, granola, and coffee beans.
Local Dairy and Meat Produce
We collaborate with local milk suppliers, the Goodwood Estate and Pensworth, and offer an exquisite selection of cheeses from Isle of Wight Blue, Goodwood Levin Down, and High Weald Dairy flavoured wedges, among others. Our meat is sourced from local butchers such as M.R. Starr of Emsworth and Adsdean Farm Shop.
Frozen Food Range
Our loose frozen fruit and vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, fish fillets, and ready-made meals from Alexandra's Kitchen are just a few of the items available year-round.
Gift Ideas
Discover our curated selection of home, gift, and fresh flower items perfect for treating yourself or someone special. Our offerings include hand-painted ceramics from a Tunisian workers' cooperative, locally made cakes and desserts, and a delicious range of chutneys and preserves.
Wines, Spirits, and Ales
Our farm shop carries an array of local ales, ciders, gins, and wines, alongside a selection from around the world.
On-Site Vintage Coffee Trailer
"Our Little Place" is our very own on-site vintage coffee trailer, operated by Lisa and Terrie, serving paninis, homemade cakes, and a variety of hot and cold drinks.
Additional Offerings
Beyond the items listed, we offer an extensive range of dried herbs and spices, bread-making flour, local ice cream, pet food, plants, logs and kindling, coal and firelighters, and more. We aim to provide all the necessities for your average weekly grocery shop. Should you have a request, don't hesitate to let us know-we're here to help!
