Here at Healthworks, we are a team of experienced and dedicated osteopaths based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Our clinic is designed to provide a friendly, relaxed, and unhurried atmosphere, where our patients' wellbeing is our top priority. We aim to help the body return to normal function, reducing pain, stiffness, tension, and stress.

Our team of registered osteopaths, Matt, Nicola, Kat, and Jason, are highly trained and experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint and muscle pain, lower back pain, arthritic and rheumatic conditions. We also treat minor injuries, and provide maintenance treatments to help patients maintain their physical health and wellbeing.

Our osteopaths use a wide range of techniques, including massage, articulation, stretches, gentle manipulation, postural assessment, and exercise advice to help our patients on the road to recovery.
