About Lynn Perry
Lynn Perry, the founder of First Choice Pilates, has been teaching Pilates since 2009. She was inspired to become a Pilates instructor after experiencing significant personal benefits from practicing it herself. Lynn had been a professional dressage rider but was affected by past injuries that were making her life miserable. The improvement in her body and the reduction in pain she experienced inspired her to train and become a teacher. She is passionate about helping people unlock their bodies and get moving, using her formal Body Control Pilates qualification and her teaching expertise to make her classes easy to follow and effective. Many of her clients have been attending and benefiting from her classes for over 11 years.
Lynn offers several classes geared towards horse riders and also provides rider alignment training on your own horses at First Choice Dressage - her dressage yard just outside of Stowmarket.
