Our Story

Founded in 2008, Gym In Motion has grown to become a leading provider of fitness and wellbeing services in East Anglia and beyond. Our founder, Ronald Gladwell, had a vision to create a business that would cater to a wide demographic, including clients over 55, those with learning disabilities, and people with physical disabilities. Today, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services that go beyond mere physical fitness, focusing on intellectual fitness, a unique blend of physical and cognitive fitness.

Our Approach

We believe in a community-based approach, where our trainers are at the heart of what we do. Each one is industry-qualified, dementia-friendly, fully insured, and DBS screened. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including in-person live classes, at-home live classes, and online classes through our platform, theFitHub. Our classes cover balance, stability, muscle strengthening, cognitive skills, flexibility, and intellectual stimulation, offering benefits that translate into everyday life. We also provide specialized programs, such as the GRASP and FAME stroke rehabilitation programs.
