Located in the charming town of New Romney, Kent, the Broadacre Bed & Breakfast is a family-run establishment that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere to its guests. Our beautifully restored property dates back to the 17th century and is steeped in history, with the main building and six of the nine bedrooms believed to have been built in the 17th century.
Our Rooms
We have a total of nine en-suite rooms, each equipped with central heating, hot beverage making facilities, biscuits, and bottled water. The rooms are spread across our main building and a ground-floor cottage, making us suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Our prices are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

- Room 9: 2nd floor room with standard double bed and en-suite shower, please note this room is accessed via a steep stairway, room size 14.25 sq mts, max guests 2, single price 65.00, double price 80.00.
- Room 10: Ground-floor room with standard double bed and en-suite shower, this room is next to the courtyard parking area, room size 17 sq mts, max guests 2, price 75.00, double price 90.00.
- Room 11: Ground-floor single room but with a standard double bed and en-suite shower, room size 10.5 sq mts, max guests 1, price 65.00.
- Room 12: Ground-floor twin room with two standard single beds and en-suite shower, room size 17.3 sq mts, max guests 2, price 75.00, double price 90.00.
Additional Information
We do have a small courtyard car park with space for approximately five cars, and parking is also permitted in the street directly outside the main building with no time restrictions. Please note that we do not accept pets.
Breakfast and Bar
Our breakfast service is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am from Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 9:30 am on weekends. We offer a selection of cereals, mixed fruit, fresh fruit, and juice. Our cooked breakfast options include vegetarian options, all served by our friendly staff. We also have a comprehensive selection of teas and coffees.
Our bar is open from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm from Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Saturdays, and 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Sundays. We serve a selection of real ales, draught bitter, and lager, as well as spirits and wines by the glass.
