We are a well-established clinic located at 11 Cook Close, Cambridge CB4 1PH, offering a comprehensive range of chiropody and podiatry services. Our clinic is open six days a week, from Monday to Friday, with convenient hours designed to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our commitment to providing excellent foot care services.
Our Services
At Cambridge Chiropody and Podiatry, we offer a full range of chiropody and podiatry services, including the treatment of callus, corns, verrucae, and ingrown toenails. Our experienced podiatrists have the necessary skills and knowledge to diagnose, treat, and provide advice on various foot conditions. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (except American Express) as payment.
In addition to routine foot care, we offer nail surgery for persistent nail complaints such as ingrown toe nails and Onychauxis (thickened) nails. Our podiatrists perform these procedures with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcome.
Parking Information
We provide off-road parking for two cars, and we kindly ask our clients to park with consideration.
Jenny Hinton
Jenny Hinton holds an honours degree in Podiatry from the University of Brighton. Prior to her work in Cambridge, she worked at a multi-disciplinary clinic in Surrey, where she gained valuable experience working alongside Osteopaths and Sports Therapists. Jenny has extensive knowledge of alternative assessment and treatment techniques, having worked as a Sports Massage therapist and gaining further qualifications in Sports Injury Management and Rehabilitation, and Fitness Instruction. She has worked with both semi-professional and professional football clubs, including Charlton Athletic Football Club.
Jenny took over the dual ownership of the Cambridge Chiropody and Podiatry Clinic in 2008 and has since worked on several occasions with the players of Cambridge United Football Club. She enjoys the varied caseload of the Histon Road practice and keeps her knowledge up to date by regularly attending training and refresher courses. Jenny's qualifications include BSc Honours Podiatry, MRCPod, HCPC Registered Chiropodist and Podiatrist, IIST, and IIHHT Qualified Sports Therapist, and Qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
Gary Hinton
Gary Hinton studied at the University of Brighton and gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry. Upon graduation, Gary began working for the NHS in Northampton, where he gained exposure to a variety of foot conditions. Gary now works full time in private practice, with a primary focus on routine foot problems such as skin and nail issues, ingrowing toenails, and verrucae. Gary has a particular interest in performing nail surgery procedures and carries out regular training and refresher courses to ensure that he performs these procedures using the most up-to-date protocols.
Gary's qualifications include BSc Honours Podiatry, MRCPod, and HCPC Registered Chiropodist and Podiatrist.
