Overall Experience
The reviewer, Louise Stevens, had a horrible experience working as a Housekeeper at Mountford House, mainly due to the unpleasant staff and management issues. Despite not having any problems with the clients, the reviewer faced issues with staff who were "clicky" and unprofessional.

A skilled level 2 carer also quit due to management issues, specifically the loss of his certificate and lack of opportunity for progression to level 3.
Management Issues
The management at Mountford House was criticized for their handling of staff, particularly with regards to the reviewer's experience. The reviewer was accused of things they did not do, and their wages were consistently incorrect, with a shortfall of 300 each month. The management's mistakes led to the reviewer's misery and decision to leave without notice.

After experiencing these issues, the reviewer found another job and left Mountford House without a cleaner, stating that they had "three strikes" against the management for their mistakes and unprofessional behavior.
