Welcome to the tre'Care Group, a provider of high-quality care for individuals with varying health needs. Our portfolio includes two homes, Tregenna House and Little Trefewha, each with its own unique character and offering tailored care to its residents. At the tre'Care Group, we are committed to providing care that meets the individual needs of each resident, upholding the fundamental principles of good care and respecting the value of every citizen.

Our philosophy of care is centred on the belief that each resident is a unique individual with differing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual requirements. Our role is to respond when our residents, their families, and friends cannot provide the necessary support to meet their daily living needs. We aim to work in coordination with our residents and their families to plan an individual care programme that meets their needs and wishes. Our approach enables us to provide care that assists the resident in maximising their strengths and abilities, ultimately promoting an optimum state of health in a safe, caring, relaxed, and homely environment.

We strive to understand each individual's emotional, psychological, and physical needs, treating them with the utmost respect and dignity. Our care staff are appropriately qualified and participate in a continuous training programme to maintain the highest standards of care, aligned with the latest initiatives and developments in care practices.

Our Homes

*Tregenna House - Camborne*

Tregenna House is a nursing home based in Camborne, registered with the Care Quality Commission for the care and treatment of 49 people suffering from all forms and stages of dementia and mental disorders. We also provide rehabilitation for older people with other mental health concerns. Our team of dedicated professionals provides round-the-clock care and support, creating a safe, caring, and homely environment for our residents. Our objective is to help each resident live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life, tailoring our services to meet their unique needs.

*Little Trefewha - Praze*

Little Trefewha is a country residential care home based in Praze-an-Beeble, registered with the Care Quality Commission for 20 elderly residents. We also have one respite room available for pre-booking. At Little Trefewha, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes a sense of community and belonging. Our experienced team delivers personalised care, ensuring that our residents receive the support they need to maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life. We understand that every resident has unique needs and preferences, and we work closely with them and their families to create a care plan that meets their individual requirements.

Our Mission

At the tre'Care Group, our mission is to provide a high standard of care that meets the unique needs of each individual and their families. We are dedicated to constantly reviewing our services and making positive changes, focusing on quality of life as much as quality of care. We challenge the notion that dementia and age-related memory problems prevent individuals from embracing and enjoying their lives. Our aim is that individuals using our service will be able to say:

Our commitments to our residents and their families include:

• Focusing on quality of life as much as quality of care
• Working with families, GPs and other supportive services to provide patient-centred care that is unique to the individual's needs
• Supporting our staff to receive the training and guidance they need to deliver a high standard of care
• Working with healthcare professionals and families to ensure that our residents' end-of-life wishes are respected, allowing them to have a good death in their preferred place
