At Wild About Pilates, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and encouraging environment, where our expert instructor ensures that each client receives personalized attention and modifications to suit their needs. With our small group sizes of no more than 12 in a class, our instructors can focus on providing tailored guidance and support to ensure that each client achieves their fitness goals. Our Expertise
As a clinical specialist in physiotherapy, Chrissie has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, chronic pain management, and sports rehabilitation. Her qualifications include APPI Matwork Level 1, APPI Matwork Level 2, APPI Matwork Level 3, APPI Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor, and a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Her passion for Pilates has led her to specialize in ante-natal and post-natal exercise, as well as Pilates for osteoporosis and breast cancer rehabilitation.

From modified Pilates sessions to personalized one-to-one sessions, we're committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Class Schedule
Our class schedule is as follows:
- Monday: 09:45-10:45 (beginners / improvers / intermediate)
- Monday: 11:00-12:00 (beginners / improvers / intermediate)
- Thursday: 18:15-19:15 (beginners / improvers / intermediate)
- Thursday: 19:30-20:30 (Intermediate / Advanced)
What to Wear & Bring
We recommend loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and socks with grips on them to prevent slipping. Please bring your own mat and towel, and don't forget to stay hydrated with a drink of water.

Block-bookings: 60 for 6 consecutive classes (payable in advance)
