The primary concerns include the lack of cleanliness, neglect in patient care, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Emily Peebles shared her disturbing experience where a patient was fed whilst lying in their own filth, with the buzzer on and no one attending. She also highlighted the manager's lack of response to these issues. Jenny Pickwell echoed similar concerns about the low quality of care provided.
