The care provided by Hazeldene House is truly exceptional. The staff, from the reception to the nurses, showed the highest level of care and compassion to the residents and their families. The team worked closely with the Weald of Kent hospice to provide seamless care and support.
First-Class Excellence
From the reception to the cleaning, cooking, laundry, and caring teams, everyone showed dedication and excellence in their work. The deputy manager, Miheala, was particularly notable for her exceptional care and support.

The staff went above and beyond to provide emotional support to the residents and their families during difficult times. They showed kindness, empathy, and understanding, making a significant difference to the well-being of those in their care.

While the old house has been demolished, the modern complex now serves the residents far better, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for those who need it.
