Our experienced practitioners, led by Sally Wade, Osteopath BSc (Hons) Ost PGDip WH, have been helping patients for over 10 years.

Our treatments are tailored to your unique case, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our Facilities
Our clinic is located in a quiet and peaceful location, with ample free parking, making it easy and convenient for you to visit us. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and do not require a GP referral. We welcome patients of all ages and are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy.
About Our Practitioner
Sally Wade is our lead practitioner and has been an osteopath for over 10 years. She has a special interest in the treatment of babies and children and helps babies with a wide range of issues such as difficulties with feeding, reflux, and colic. She also has a special interest in helping women recover from birth and has a specialist Mummy MOT service for women who feel unsupported in their post-birth recovery. Sally has also had personal experience of living with endometriosis and understands the debilitating pain it can cause. She has helped hundreds of women with pelvic issues and uses a mixture of hands-on treatment, specific exercise programs, and evidence-based approaches to relaxation and education to help get to the bottom of why women are suffering and put together a plan to get them back to feeling great again.
