At City Psychology Group, we are a team of 14 Chartered Psychologists who are dedicated to providing high-quality psychological services to individuals, businesses, and organisations. We offer a wide range of therapies in 9 languages, covering all aspects of psychological wellbeing, and are covered by all major healthcare insurers.

Our Expertise

We have a team of experts in the field of psychology, representing a diverse range of skills and specialisms. Our Chartered Psychologists are trained to deliver over 20 different therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and many more. We also offer therapy for children, and our team includes psychologists with expertise in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

We offer face-to-face consultations at one of our four London locations, as well as online therapy sessions.
