Our team of professionally qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors can provide valuations for a variety of purposes, including executory and Capital Gains Tax assessments, as well as pre-sale marketing advice. We are also members of First Surveyors Scotland Ltd and have full lender panel membership with all mainstream mortgage providers.

In addition to our survey and residential valuation services, we specialise in energy assessment and consultancy. We are an established provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all categories of building, and our team of professionally qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors can assist clients in improving the energy performance of their buildings in a cost-effective manner. We also provide impartial advice on the suitability and installation of renewable energy technologies where appropriate.

Our energy assessment services include Section 63 Action Plans and Display Energy Performance Certificates (DECs), which are required for buildings with a total floor area of over 500m2 and are frequently visited by the public.
