Our Expertise

Ian Henderson, our Managing Director, has extensive experience in undertaking pre-purchase and pre-lease surveys, as well as managing, specifying, and administering the maintenance, repair, alteration, and refurbishment of commercial, industrial, and historic buildings. Ian has also presented CPD events for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the subject of dilapidations and has been appointed as an Expert and Arbitrator in commercial disputes on dilapidations.
