Our History
Metro Property Investments has been trading since 1978, and in that time, we have acquired a substantial portfolio of properties. Our mix of stock includes ground rent investments, residential houses and flats, commercial properties, and small shopping centres. While we are predominantly based in the Essex area, we also have properties in Sussex, Avon, Surrey, Kent, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, various London boroughs, and the West Midlands.
Our business is headed by Vidya Goyal, who has been involved with the company since its inception. Vidya is assisted by Property Portfolio Manager Steve Donnelly, who has been with the group since 2009. We recently acquired our office building in Laindon, Essex, and our acquisitions programme has become more active in recent years, with a number of investment-led purchases.
