Welcome to Clapham Junction Medical Practice, located at 7 Farrant House, Winstanley Road, Battersea, London, SW11 2EJ. Our aim is to ensure the highest standards of care and to improve the health and wellbeing of all our patients. Our reception staff will be pleased to make appointments for you in our clinics and deal with any requests for home visits and repeat prescriptions.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of clinical services, including:
- New Patient Health Check: All patients over five years old are asked to make an appointment for a new patient check by the health care assistant.
- Online Patient Registration: You can register as a patient online or by visiting the surgery with the required documents.
- Telephone Consultations: If you prefer to have a telephone consultation with the Doctor on duty, please call reception from 8.00am (Mon-Fri) to make arrangements.
- Repeat Prescriptions: You can request repeat prescriptions online, by email, or by completing the form and dropping it in the Prescription Box at Reception.
- Travel Advice and Vaccinations: This service is available by appointment only with our Practice Nurse.
- Smoking Cessation Clinics: Our Practice offers a Stop Smoking Service.
- NHS Free Health Check: The NHS Health Check is for adults in England between the ages of 40 and 74.
- Electronic Prescription Service (EPS): If you are on regular medication and go to the same Chemist to collect your Prescription, you can choose the Pharmacy closest to where you live or work.
Practice Information
Our practice is part of Wandsworth Primary Care Network. We have a team of experienced doctors, nurses, and administrative staff who are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. Our surgery is open from 8:30 am to 18:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and we offer extended hours on Tuesdays from 18:30 pm to 20:00 pm.
