If you're already using Patient Access, you can continue to use it, but you can also use the NHS App as an alternative or complementary service.

Online Consultation

If you need to contact your GP but can't make it to the surgery, you can use our online consultation service. With Rapid Health, you can access self-care information, submit medical and administrative requests, and register new patients to the surgery. PATCHS allows you to answer four simple questions and get help quickly. Accurx, Klinik, and Engage Consult enable you to submit any medical query, including appointment requests, and get help from your GP online.
