Service and Care

Opening Hours
One reviewer, Nick Knowles, pointed out that the Google opening hours were incorrect, stating that the surgery opens at 8:30 am, although online it says 9 am.
Pricing
Nodyl Erohs expressed disappointment with the pricing, stating that the cost of an antiseptic treatment (29) and the euthanasia procedure (200) was too high for their pensioner mother. They also felt that the surgery did not have a adequate pricing scheme for pensioners.
Miscellaneous
Stevie Alessi had a poor experience, feeling that the young vet was condescending and overpriced the treatment. They were unable to return the unopened earwash due to the surgery's refusal.
