At Hill House, we are committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control, and quality of life for all our residents. Our organisation is dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or a learning disability who require 24-hour residential support due to their complex needs and/or challenging behaviour.

Our Services

Our person-centred care packages and treatment plans are developed in partnership with the individual, their support network, and community teams to ensure that all identified needs are met, promoting empowerment, self-awareness, and rehabilitation. We offer a range of activities and therapies to stimulate and motivate individuals to achieve their identified goals. Our team promotes and encourages strong links with the local community, supporting individuals to access local amenities, public transport, and education opportunities where possible, enabling social interactions and aiding activities of daily living.

Our Accommodation

Hill House is a large three-story town house situated in the outskirts of Birmingham, comprising of 13 spacious bedroom areas that are developed in line with the individual's needs. Each floor has a recreational area available for residents to relax and engage in recreational activities or enjoy a quiet environment away from peers. Our home features a large communal dining area and living room, allowing residents to integrate with their peers, as well as a training kitchen that supports the development of activities of daily living and rehabilitation.
