Quality and Taste Issues
Some customers were unhappy with the quality and taste of their food. Mrs. O reported that her chicken kebab was inedible, and James Jeffrey mentioned that the chips had a poor taste and were greasy. Mark Perry's fried pizza supper was not cooked properly, and Rebecca Gilmour's meal contained dark patches that looked like mold.
