Our Team

Our founder and principal teacher, Claire-Louise Symonds, has over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness. She is a qualified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and mindfulness practitioner with a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness with others.
