Negative Experience at a Branch
Just had the most appalling experience at this branch. Was initially served by lovely young girl. When I tried to pay the first time, it didn't go through as I moved my phone too fast. However, it was successful the second time and was very clearly approved. However, the "manager" wandered across and said I needed to pay again. Both the staff member and I tried to explain what had happened, but were shouted down. I showed the transaction had gone through on my banking app, but he wasn't interested. He then went on to bully and harass the staff member, for daring to contradict him. I hung around for 10 mins to make sure the transaction did not bounce back. When it didn't, I showed the "manager" and asked him to apologise to his member of staff, but like all bullies, he refused to back down. A vile and disgusting experience.

If you fancy good sandwiches, hot or cold, take away butties fabulous bread in a wonderfully basic but gorgeous atmosphere, this is your place. Try it once. It won't be the last time you visit if you do. More
