Questions
What areas do you cover for dog boarding?
We operate across the Midlands including Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Lichfield, Birmingham, and Solihull. Our East Sussex service covers Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, and Lewes.
Are your dog boarders licensed and insured?
All our boarders hold valid licenses from their local Environmental Health Departments and are covered by our insurance policy with £5,000,000 public liability coverage.
How do you handle dogs with special needs?
Our boarders receive specific instructions for each dog, including medical requirements. We've successfully cared for diabetic dogs needing insulin injections and anxious dogs requiring special handling.
Can I visit the boarding location before booking?
We strongly recommend meeting your chosen boarder beforehand. This allows your dog to familiarise themselves with the environment and ensures compatibility with the carer.
What's included in your daycare service?
Our daycare includes supervised play, individual attention, walks, and optional training support. Prices include dog walking and one-on-one time, offering better value than standard dog walking services.
