Our Practice
As a family-owned business, Springwell Veterinary Surgery prides itself on its personal approach to veterinary care. We are an RCVS accredited practice, and we strive to uphold the highest standards of service. Our director and owner, Patrick Dale BVSc GPCert(Endo) PgC(SAS) MRCVS, has built the practice on the belief that animals deserve love and respect.
Our Services
At Springwell Vets Tring, we are dedicated to offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients and their pets. Our services include:
- Extended appointment times: We provide twenty-minute appointments to ensure that we have ample time to address your concerns and provide a comprehensive examination.
- Diagnostic services: We offer on-site blood tests and other diagnostic services, allowing for immediate assessment and treatment, if necessary.
- Endoscopic procedures: We utilise endoscopic and endosurgical techniques for minimally invasive surgeries and assessments.
- Case continuity: To ensure consistency of care, we assign one veterinary surgeon per case.
- Multidisciplinary team: Our team of veterinarians, nurses, and receptionists work together to manage most cases in-house, and we also accept referrals.
- Emergency care: We provide genuine kennel side emergency care with critical care vets at "Hampden Vets" locally. Our out-of-hours services include home medical visits and euthanasia in collaboration with Selix Vets.
- Ordering food and repeat prescriptions: We make it easy for you to order food and repeat prescriptions through our website. Simply use our web form to place your order and collect it later.
