Any additional costs are only for parts required for the repair, and we ensure that these are charged at cost price, guaranteeing you the lowest prices available.

Our Services

Our PC repair services are designed to cater to a wide range of PC-related issues. Whether your PC won't boot up, is infected with a virus, or is showing the dreaded "blue screen of death, " our expert engineers are equipped to handle the problem. We also offer a complete system service, which we highly recommend having at least once a year. This service includes cleaning the internal fans, removing dust and debris, checking main components for problems, and ensuring the operating system is running at optimal speed. Additionally, if you're thinking of giving your PC away or selling it, we can securely "sanitize" your hard drive, removing all personal data and leaving your PC clean and secure.

Our Charges

We do not charge a call-out fee, and our on-site service fee of 45 (within a 5-mile radius of Emneth) includes identifying the problem with your PC. If the repair takes more than an hour, we charge 20 per each additional 30 minutes. Where a viral infection is the cause of the problem, we require taking your PC back to our workshop to remove the infection properly before returning it to you, usually the next day. Our fixed off-site service fee of 47.50 (up to 10 miles radius of Emneth) covers viral infection removals, data recovery, and other services.
