At Fison Fitness, we have been serving the Herne Hill community for over a decade, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all those seeking to improve their fitness and wellbeing. Founded on the belief that exercise is a crucial aspect of being happy and healthy, we strive to make our services accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or background.

Our History and Philosophy

Fison Fitness was taken over by Anne in 2015, with Joe joining the team in early 2019. Since then, we have expanded to two beautiful studios located right next to each other, just a stone's throw away from Herne Hill station. Studio 1 is our personal training and high-intensity fitness hub, while Studio 2 is a charming oasis dedicated to yoga, Pilates, and movement classes. Growing up in Herne Hill, both Anne and Joe feel deeply connected to the local community and are committed to providing a space where everyone can feel at home.

Our philosophy centres around creating a fun, friendly, and welcoming space for self-improvement and achieving personal goals. We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and we are dedicated to supporting and celebrating each individual's progress. We believe in fostering a community built on encouragement, respect, and enjoyment of exercise, rather than chasing unrealistic ideals portrayed on social media.
