At Kaisho Karate, we pride ourselves on being a family-friendly Karate School that offers a unique and authentic karate experience. Founded in 2014 by 4th Dan Benjamin Campbell, our school is affiliated with the European Karate Federation and has a rich history of producing talented karatekas. With over 29 years of experience in martial arts and 11 years as an England international fighter, Sensei Benjamin Campbell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our training sessions.
Our Approach to Karate
Our approach to karate is rooted in traditional Shotokan karate, but we believe in teaching in a modern and engaging way. We focus on developing the whole person, not just their physical skills. Our classes teach focus, increase fitness and endurance, learning, concentration, and most importantly, karate. We encourage our students to step outside their comfort zones and push themselves to achieve their potential, but never pressure them. We believe that karate is a journey, not a destination, and that the sense of achievement along the way is immense and rewarding.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to our students, including:
- Traditional Shotokan Karate Training: Our classes are designed to teach traditional Shotokan karate techniques, including basics, kata, and kumite.
- Conditioning Classes: Our conditioning classes are designed to improve fitness and endurance, preparing students for the demands of karate training.
- Taster Classes: We welcome visitors to join us for a taster class or simply to observe our training sessions.
