Negative Feedback
Called and discussed making a cake for my daughter's birthday party. She sent us options to choose from. We choose and emailed her back. She agreed to take the order in the beginning and then cancelled on us saying she was too busy and we were taking up too much of her time. On the phone she kept saying she can make any cake we choose. When we choose one of her designs and asked for it to be exactly same she baulked.
