Since our establishment in 2012, we have been dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and abilities to explore their love for the arts. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and family-oriented space where everyone feels encouraged to become the best version of themselves. Our Services

At Rhythmix, we offer a wide range of dance and fitness classes to the local community. Our experienced teachers provide high-quality training across a full range of genres, including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, street dance, and pole fitness, among others. We take pride in our high standards and our ability to help students achieve their dance ambitions. Our dancers have the opportunity to perform in shows twice a year, compete in dance competitions and festivals, and take exams in their chosen field up to professional levels.

In addition to our dance classes, we also offer music tuition services through Rhythmix Music Services. Our music rooms are fully equipped with professional instruments and sound systems, and our teachers provide expert guidance in a variety of musical instruments and theory.

We are a proud demonstrator school for Alixa Flexibility and regularly demonstrate on their teacher courses. Our students have the opportunity to demo for companies such as Acrobatic Arts as well.

Our Facilities

Our studios are equipped with professional dance flooring, air conditioning, full mirrors, sound systems, and a range of professional equipment, including poles for our pole fitness sessions. We are also a proud Acropad centre and have a huge 8-meter by 5-meter airtrack. Our reception is fully stocked with dancewear and shoes, making it convenient for our students to get what they need.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our students, and we follow all government guidelines regarding COVID-19. Our studios are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each class, and we ensure that our students maintain social distancing and wear masks when necessary.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced and passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our students. Our staff members are highly qualified and trained in their respective fields, and they undergo regular professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and industry trends.

Our founder, Emma Groves, is a professional dancer and teacher with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Emma began dancing at the age of 3 and has since trained in a variety of dance styles, including freestyle, ballroom, latin, line dancing, musical theatre, street dance, and contemporary. Emma has also gained her associate teaching qualification with the IDTA and has been teaching ever since.
