Do you have classes for complete beginners?
Yes, all our programmes welcome beginners. Our instructors adapt sessions to individual experience levels, ensuring newcomers receive proper technique instruction before progressing to more advanced drills.
Are children's classes safe?
Safety is our priority. Children's classes use modified techniques with strict supervision. We maintain a 1:8 instructor-student ratio and focus on controlled movements to prevent injuries while teaching proper martial arts principles.
What should I wear for my first session?
Wear comfortable sports clothing for your trial session. We recommend bringing water and a towel. Full uniform requirements will be explained after your first free introductory class.
