Welcome to Mathilda Marks-Kennedy Jewish Primary School
Established in 1959, Mathilda Marks-Kennedy Jewish Primary School serves as a cornerstone of Mill Hill's Jewish community. Our ethos integrates Jewish heritage and love for Israel with British values of tolerance and respect. We provide a nurturing one-form entry school environment for children from Nursery to Year Six, combining the National Curriculum with a dedicated Jewish Studies programme. Over 65 years, we've maintained a reputation as one of Barnet's highest-performing schools, achieving academic excellence while fostering holistic personal development. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with parents and governors to ensure every child achieves their full potential.Through enrichment activities and extracurricular programmes, we cultivate well-rounded pupils who contribute meaningfully to both school and wider communities. The school relocated to its current Mill Hill campus in 1989, maintaining its voluntary aided status since 1999. Our legacy, rooted in the philanthropy of Mathilda Marks, continues through generations of pupils who benefit from our balanced educational approach. We welcome prospective families through regular open mornings and offer comprehensive admissions guidance. As the Head Teacher, I personally oversee our commitment to academic rigour and character development.
