AWC Loft Conversions is spearheaded by Adrian "Ady" Walker, a fully qualified carpenter with over 20 years of experience in the building trade. Ady leads a specialist team of skilled professionals, all of whom are experienced and qualified in their respective fields, as well as being Gas Safe and NICEIC registered. We value forging personal-yet-professional relationships with our clients, and a significant portion of our work comes from referrals. AWC Loft Conversions is a proud member of Checkatrade.
What We Do
Our expert team offers a comprehensive service, encompassing a free initial site visit and survey, during which advice on all options is provided. We facilitate the drawing up of architectural designs, planning applications, negotiations with local authority planning departments, and final building inspection and completion certificate. Additionally, we can work with your own architects' plans or provide "shell-only" options.
Our extensive building experience and history in construction and design enable us to tackle complex problems associated with loft conversions in an effective and affordable manner. We take pride in our innovative approach to design, always thinking beyond traditional solutions to provide forward-thinking, inspiring results.
In addition to loft conversions, we offer a full carpentry service for both domestic and commercial clients.
