Our Story
Mark and Amanda Williams, the proud owners of Preston Family Butchers, come from a long line of butchers. Mark, trained as a butcher from a young age, continues the family tradition that started with his great-grandfather. Alongside their assistants and apprentices, they strive to provide customers with some of the finest produce available, as part of the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX).
